The Department is well equipped with 18 fully functional, air conditioned dental chambers to flourish the ease of working. The department has a well equipped minor operation theatre comprising of the latest treatment modalities like RVG, Electrocautery, Diode Laser, Pulp tester, Ultrasonic scaler along with proper sterilization facilities available.
Multimedia facilities like OHP and slide projectors are available in the departmental seminar room to aid with audio-video mode of patient education. All the hand instruments are of most popular Hu-friedy company. Regenerative grafts, resorbable and non resorbable barrier membranes of bes companies, excellent imported wound dressing materials, local drug delivery system medicaments, best splinting materials, atraumatic suturing needles, all varieties of suturing materials, are being used to treat OPD cases.
Another salient feature of the department is the practise of implant dentistry. The department boasts of latest diagnostic and exclusive surgical instruments for implants placement comprising of radiological diagnostic techniques like CBCT along with physio-dispenser with fiberoptic handpiece, peizosurgery unit, autoimpression unit and all required implant drills.
